Fees and other details
Only for self-funded clients who contact me via this website, I offer an initial complimentary 20-minute consultation.
Sessions are held in person at my therapy room in Shinfield (Reading, UK), in online video conference, or over the phone.
Counselling and psychotherapy fees if self-funded:
Different fees apply depending on the time when a session is held. “Standard hours” sessions are those held during 9:00 am-5:00 pm Monday to Friday except holidays, “early/late hours” sessions are those held outside standard hours , or session exceptionally held during holiday or weekends.
Individual session (50 minutes) - £80 (standard), £85 (early/late)
Individual session (80 minutes) - £125 (standard), £135 (early/late)
Couple* session (50 minutes) - £85 (standard), £90 (early/late)
Couple* session (80 minutes) - £130 (standard), £140 (early/late)
Coaching session (50 minutes) - £100 (standard), £110 (early/late)
Group session (90 minutes) - £40 (standard), £45 (early/late) - this fee applies to each participating member. Commitment to weekly attendance is required.
* by “Couple” I mean a relationship between any two people. 50 minute couple sessions are held weekly, 80 minute couple sessions are held fortnightly.
If your sessional fees are paid by third parties e.g. a Health Insurance or a Case Management organisation, the following applies:
an administration fee per session is charged on top of the applicable self-funded fee
any reports a third party may require will be charged proportionally to the time required to compile it
if the third party fee does not cover my fees in full e.g. policy excess applies or reached limit of the payable amount for the year, my client is responsible for the payment of the amount the third party does not pay.
I AM REGISTERED WITH AND ACCEPT REFERRALS FROM A NUMBER OF HEALTH INSURERS: E.G. AVIVA, AXA PPP, BUPA, CIGNA, SIMPLYHEALTH, WPA, ETC.
I welcome self-referral, referrals from GPs, psychiatrists, health authorities, health insurances, health case management organisations, counsellors, psychotherapists, treatment communities and corporate referrals.
I hold current Professional Liability insurance
Clinical supervision fees:
Individual supervision session (50 minutes) - same as individual therapy session fee
Group supervision session (2-3 supervisees, duration = 50 minutes x number of supervisees) - same as one individual supervision session fee for each supervisee.

Applicable fees are independent from how we meet (in person, online video, phone)
I request online/phone sessions to be paid by BACS in advance
Limited concessions are available.
